Rates range from $100 to $130/night depending on the time of year, plus $13% Florida tax.  We require a four day minimum stay.  Stays less than seven days pay a $90 cleaning fee.  Pool heat is optional and recommended from October through April.  Additional charge for pool heat is $20/day.
